Diagnosis Verification
and Treatment Plan

To ensure you have the right diagnosis and knowledge of the best available treatment, a multidisciplinary team of leading Harvard-level specialists confirm or correct the existing diagnosis and provide treatment options.

The right diagnosis and the right treatment plan

The Diagnosis Verification and Treatment Plan (DVTP) reduces the likelihood of misdiagnosis, which is the most frequent medical error. With a precise diagnosis, the most appropriate and effective treatment plan can be developed.

The process is much more than a single doctor reviewing the opinion of another doctor. The DVTP is an in-depth evaluation of the case performed by an  A-list team of Harvard-level medical experts at the forefront of their disciplines working together to determine the right course of treatment.

Empowering patients to make informed decisions

The Personal Care Manager supports patients as they request and gather all relevant medical records. Once the medical file is completed, the Personal Care Manager arranges translation if needed and submits it to the reviewing Harvard-level specialists. Their expert evaluation takes about 7-10 business days. The Personal Care Manager sends the expert written report to the patient, and their doctor if chosen, and communicates with the patient the following day. Personal Care Managers coordinate the service and support for patients and their families to understand the findings of the evaluation and treatment options. They make sure that all questions and follow-up are answered, and concerns are addressed.

The DVTP empowers patients and facilitates informed decision-making about the best treatment and care available.

Thank you for all the work you have done and the support you have given me regarding my father's disease. PGH helped us to make a more informed decision of how to handle my father's treatment. We are doing everything to assure that he has the best assistance available."
