Personal Care Management
All PGH services are orchestrated by a Personal Care Manager, supported by the PGH care management team. These skilled and registered medical professionals experienced in cancer care and medical quality management provide dedicated coordination, knowledgeable support, and patient advocacy throughout the patient’s journey, with the sole focus of ensuring that patients receive the highest standards of quality, care, and personal attention.
Under US treatment, Care Mangers help with hospital admissions, medical appointments, arrange for translation and interpreters, coordinating follow-up care plans at home, and providing travel and accommodation logistic arrangements and other concierge services.
