Charles L. Dimmler III

Mr. Dimmler is the Investment Officer of Lundbeck AS, a successful Danish pharmaceutical company. Formerly Mr. Dimmler worked as an investment officer at the Cross Atlantic Partners Funds and a General Partner of Hambro International Equity Partners. Mr. Dimmler has co-founded a successful biotechnology company. For a decade he was employed as a line-operating executive in two Fortune 100 companies (pharmaceutical, clinical diagnostics, medical device and semiconductor industries). Mr. Dimmler earned an undergraduate degree from the University of California at Davis. His postgraduate education includes the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Peter Lorange, DBA

Dr. Lorange is President of IMD where he is Professor of Strategy and holds the Nestlé Chair. Dr. Lorange was affiliated with the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania for more than a decade in various assignments, including Director for the Joseph H. Lauder Institute of Management and International Studies. He received his undergraduate degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business, a Masters degree in Operations Management from Yale University, and his Doctor of Business Administration degree from Harvard University.

Carl Palmstierna

Mr. Palmstierna is Managing director of ABG Securities in Stockholm, Sweden. He was involved in international banking from 1977-1997. From 1986 to 1997, he was responsible for Nordic investment banking at Goldman Sachs in London. Mr. Palmstierna became a Partner of Goldman Sachs in 1992. He is a member of the Board of Elekta AB, Emtunga International AB, Abaris AB, Altitun AB and others. He received his Masters of Science in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
